Business Class

The following terms and conditions regulate all transactions that take place between Orgate Ltd and its clients. These terms and conditions can be found on this website. The customer acknowledges that they have read and agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions that are outlined on this website by placing an order.

Purchase Of Services

Business Class

When you place an order through our website, phone, or email, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to make legally binding agreements.

Transport for London (TfL) are going to give a license to run private hire vehicles to Orgate Ltd. Because of this, we can only take straight booking requests for chauffeur-driven travel from our clients.

Our drivers do not have the right licenses or permissions to take reservations. The client(s) are kindly asked to only make plans through the booking form on our website, by email, or over the phone.

All reservations are made between Orgate Ltd and the client, who could be an agency, the company, a passenger, or the person who books and pays for the service.

Orgate Ltd can only take fare amount from clients themselves. Our drivers don’t take care of money.

Orgate Ltd is in charge of taking reservations, offering transportation services, and taking care of any problems that may come up because of those services.

Orgate Ltd can cancel any reservations made with a client or customer at any time. All orders andbookings are subject to availability. If for some reason Orgate Ltd has to cancel, they will let the client(s) know by email, phone, or text.

Reservation

Business Class

The reservation team at Orgate Ltd aims to serve its customers around-the-clock. We promise to always go above and above your expectations, however in order to get the vehicle ready for your particular trip, we might need 24 hours’ notice. All listed prices are in GBP, and the hiring will begin and end at the pickup location (A) and drop off point (B), with the exception of hires to and from different airports or hires that are subject to a fixed charge.

The customer should send a complete name, phone number, and email address are required in order to receive a price or make a reservation through our booking agent. If he doesn’t, Orgate Ltd won’t be able to help you anymore.

Online Booking Ride

All reservations made online are contingent upon Orgate Ltd approval. Sometimes quotes and maps seen online are not calculated correctly. Orgate Ltd reserves the right to refuse orders submitted at the incorrect pricing or to issue a refund if a mistake results in a product being listed inaccurately. Orgate Ltd will promptly issue a credit for theincorrect amount if the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, or in the event that it is inappropriate, a complete refund.

Product availability and prices are subject to change at any time. The availability of all promotions and discounts is restricted. For current pricing, give us a call. We keep the right to restrict the number of promotional items we sell. There are different policies that apply to different deals on this website. For further information, see the specific offer policies and notes.

While we try our best to ensure the accuracy of the material contained in our brochures and websites, Orgate Ltd is not liable for typographical errors. There may be typographical or technical errors in the materials and graphics published on this website. The material and graphics on this website are not appropriate, Orgate Ltd does not represent this. Without any warranty, all documents and graphics are given “as is.”

For any online reservations, Orgate Ltd requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. If you would like to reserve a car with less time, please contact our reservation team at contact@orgaterunners.com

Online rates are only good for travel within the United Kingdom. Kindly give our office a call if you need to travel to Europe.

  1. All reservations made between 2:00 pm and 5:00 am will incur an extra 50% fee over the internet
  2. Public and bank holidays, such as Easter, Christmas Eve or Day, and New Year’s Eve or Day, are not included in online pricing or reservations and will incur 50% extra fees. There will be a 25% increase for all other bank holidays.

Should you object, Orgate Ltd will reimburse the entire sum paid, excluding of credit card fees.

Single and Return Journeys

Business Class

When booking return trips for sporting events like Wimbledon Tennis, Ascot, Rugby, or Football on the same day, there will be a waiting period from the time of drop-off to the time of pick-up in addition to parking fees. Single trips to and from sporting events (like the ones mentioned above) or concerts at Wembley or the O2 are subject to extra fees. Payments

Business Class

Unless the client has a credit account or credit card that Orgate Ltd has pre-approved, all fees listed above and in the company’s current tariff are charged in advance. Any additional fees, such as extra waiting time and parking, will be charged to the credit or debit card you give when making the reservation.

There is no additional fee for using any of the major debit or credit cards, including Amex. However, if a reservation is canceled, card payments are not refunded.

There may be additional waiting times and parking fees associated with your reservation. Oragte Ltd will be the charge that appears on your credit or debit card bill.

Without giving prior written notice, rates are subject to change at any time.

Stop charge: Any stops made en route to the drop-off or pick-up destination in order to retrieve a passenger or object will be subject to a £25. There is a fifteen-minute grace time during stops.

Orgate Ltd is required to make and recognize cancellations or adjustments for all reservations (except from those relating to weddings) during business hours on our website. If not, Orgate Ltd retains the

right to bill the customer the entire sum. Bookings made within 12 hours of the pickup time are likewise subject to this.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Business Class

Any cancellations for wedding-related reservations must be made with seven days’ notice.

Should you need to cancel your wedding within seven days, you will be charged 50% of the total booking amount. Should you decide to cancel your wedding less than 48 hours after the booking date, you will be charged the whole cost.

Orgate Ltd will reimburse any charges made to the debit or credit card used for the reservation, subject to the conditions outlined below, provided the cancellation is made and confirmed by our office staff within regular business hours. Note that there is no reimbursement for charges made using a credit or debit card.

  1. Within London, one-way trips are subject to a 12-hour free cancellation or alteration policy (except from airport transfers).

No-Show Policy

All payments made will not be refunded if the customer does not show up at the time and place for which the reservation was made and a confirmation was provided.

Chauffeurs and Cars

Business Class

Our drivers will maintain a fair speed based on their assessment of the current traffic and road conditions at any given time. Unless otherwise instructed, the driver will follow the route that the chauffeur deems to be the best and most convenient for driving when a hirer requests to go to a specific location. This route may or may not be the shortest, and the hirer will not be compensated if the route taken is not the shortest. Alternatively, “unless a specific route is requested when hiring.”

Ordinary passenger luggage in a fair quantity is permitted; nevertheless, the chauffeur reserves the right to refuse any luggage that weighs too much. If the driver feels that your luggage is too big or heavy, we have the right to refuse to carry it.

Fleet Categories

Bentley Mulsanne, Rolls Royce Phantom Series 2, Rolls Royce Ghost Series 2, or Maybach Prestige Saloon 9.3 If a car that has been requested is unavailable or there is a chance that a driver won’t arrive in time for a pick-up, we reserve the right, at any time before a run, to substitute cars based on availability and without warning.

 Vehicles under contract may be supplied by Orgate Ltd. Orgate Ltd shall do everything within our power to guarantee the timely arrival of our vehicle(s) or the vehicle(s) of our subcontractors.

We promise that you will select the category, but not the brand, model, or color of the car.

Child Seat

Business Class

Child seat requests must be made at the time of reservation. Free child seats will only be available for one child. There is a £25 fee for each additional child seat. While we will always try to accommodate these demands, it won’t be considered a contract violation if we can’t.

Should you want to utilize your own infant seat, you will be in charge of securely putting it on and taking it off when you get to your location. You also need to take care that your child’s seat doesn’t scratch the interior of the car. If not, there will be a fee to make up for this.

Conveyance of Animals

Business Class

Except for guiding dogs and hearing dogs, no animal may be transported in a private hire vehicle without the company’s prior written consent. Please be aware that bringing pets on a trip will result in additional expenses; you must confirm the cost with the operator before making a reservation.

Responsibilities

Business Class

Except in cases where Oragte Ltd. negligence causes the loss or damage, Orgate Ltd disclaims all liability for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in or on the vehicle. If the property is in a car, we will be happy to arrange for its return if the customer pays the postage. Alternatively, “subject to the customer covering the reasonable costs of returning the items.

Missed Flights

Business Class

We have no financial liability for any flights that are missed. Kindly review clause 12 below.

Damage Vehicles

Business Class

In the event that the customer causes any dirt or damage to the vehicle’s exterior or interior, the credit or debit card that was provided at the time of booking will be charged for valeting, any necessary repairs, and any lost income for that driver or vehicle. There will be legal action if they refuse to pay for the harm they have created.

General Exceptions

Business Class

If an unforeseen circumstance prevents us from fulfilling any of our contractual commitments, we will not be held accountable or liable. Any act or event that occurs outside of our reasonable control is referred to as an event beyond our control. Examples of such events include civil war, invasions, hostilities (whether or not they are declared), storms, floods, snow, earthquakes, subsidence, epidemics, and other natural disasters. For example, tyre/tire punctures, traffic accidents, road closures because of accidents or vehicle breakdowns, lockouts, and traffic delays.

 Please be aware that while we will try our best to find a replacement driver to complete the trip in the event of a vehicle breakdown, punctures, or accidents, we are unable to guarantee an on-time arrival.

In the event that an unforeseen circumstance arises that impacts our ability to fulfill our contractual obligations:

During the period of the incident beyond our control, we shall suspend our obligations under a contract and extend the time for fulfillment of our obligations.

Complaints

Business Class

If the hirer has a complaint with the firm’s services, they should try to resolve the issue right away by asking the driver or the company for help. If this hasn’t resulted in a resolution, grievances must be filed in writing within 14 days of the hire’s termination date. All complaints will receive a 14-day acknowledgement from the company, and a 28-day response is typical.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Business Class

We strictly prohibit verbal or written harassment, discrimination, and rudeness directed towards our contractors and employees. We retain the right, in such a case, to immediately stop providing our products and services to customers. Refunds of the whole amount paid for products and services are not possible.

Authorization for payments must come from the cardholder listed on the reservation. If we have good grounds to believe that you or the cardholder are connected to any fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without providing you with prior notice. These kinds of activity could give rise to suspicions like these:

When asked, you are unable to provide details regarding the itinerary, including complete pick-up and destination addresses, the passenger’s full name and phone number, or any other information that the company deems necessary;

You are unable to give us the cardholder’s contact details when asked so we can perform security checks;

The cardholder alleges that the reservation is fraudulent and did not approve the payment:

You or the cardholder have engaged in prior fraudulent behavior or chargebacks;

Inaccurate, insufficient, inconsistent, or connected to fraudulent behavior information provided during  reservation;

Inconsistent data has been entered throughout several payment attempts.     

We retain the right to refuse any bookings and to report you or the cardholder to the fraud department if we have reasonable suspicions that you or the cardholder are connected to fraudulent activity.
