PAYMENT

Our payment process is simple and secure, offering you peace of mind with every transaction. Choose from a variety of convenient methods, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Your security and satisfaction are our top priorities

  • Pre-authorization reserves funds on your card for expected journey costs, akin to hotel check-ins. It’s not a charge but a hold, released after the journey, with cancellation fees applied if necessary
  • You can settle journey payments using a credit card or a corporate credit card. Cash payments are not accepted by chauffeurs.
  • Fares for pickups outside the city limits are determined by an established out-of-city tariff. Base fare, price per mile, and minimum fare vary from the regular city tariff. Please refer to Cities and Fares for the official city boundaries and fare details.
  • No, any parking charges and tolls will be added separately to your final fare
  • Receipts for corporate card journeys can be sent to your business email or directly to your finance team

Payment Issues: If you encounter any problems with your payment, please reach out to our customer support team for prompt assistance. We are here to help resolve any payment-related issues you may experience during your journey.

  • Need assistance? Reach out to our Customer Service team through the in-app option ‘Contact Customer Service’ or by emailin contact@orgateruners.com. Our fare calculation is automated, ensuring accuracy. Any discrepancies will result in full reimbursement.
  • The most likely reason is that your bank requires you to enter the CVC/CVV code for each separate online transaction. Please contact your bank to remove this restriction
BOOKING

Booking: Easily book your ride through our user-friendly query form. Simply enter your pickup and drop-off locations, choose your preferred vehicle class, and confirm your reservation with a few taps. Experience seamless booking and reliable service with every ride.

  • Click on Online Booking button.

  • Open query form.

  • Enter your pickup location address manually or drop location.

  • Enter your necessary information and select vehicle type and tapping Request a Chauffeur or 

  • scheduling it in advance by tapping Schedule a Journey icon right below the drop off address field. You will then receive the details of your chauffeur and the vehicle registration number as an SMS or email.

  • For advance bookings, you will receive the details 20 minutes or so before your scheduled pickup time

  • Yes. request a journey as usual, entering the name of the city in the city box.

  • Many cities have streets with identical or very similar names, so entering the city first will help to avoid any confusion
  • If you cancel your journey within 5 minutes of booking, there will be no charge.

  • Cancellation after this period or after your chauffeur’s arrival will incur a cancellation fee, determined by the selected service level. For further information, please refer to Cities and Fares.
  • This is determined by the proximity between you and the nearest chauffeur, alongside current traffic conditions.

  • The concentration of chauffeurs is typically higher in city centers and bustling spots like airports, train stations, hotels, and business centers. However, expect potentially extended wait times outside city centers.
